The T/P data and programs are located on a drive on pauhana.marine.usf.edu,
one of the SUN computers in Gary Mitchum's lab (MSL 138D). This drive
is exported to all users. This means that anyone can access the data, but
you must first mount the correct drive onto your computer.
The data are in /home/pauhana4/Altimetry/Data. To access it, you will need to run some routines in Matlab, which is installed on seas as well. The relevant routines are in /home/pauhana4/Altimetry/Matlab_utilities.
ls /home/pauhana4/Altimetry/Matlab_utilities/*.m
| Contents.m
altimetry.m available_databases.m find_cycle_num.m find_cycle_time.m lat_lon_time.m |
load_xover_series.m

plot_coverage.m

If it doesn't work, the drive needs to be mounted. Type the following:
cd /home/pauhana4
cd ~
and then try again.
